Narrative: RP advises **** has been harassing her and she wants it on record. Twice he has been on her property in the past month and he just stands there and stares. Sometimes he will stand on his            property and whistle. When she looks, he makes obscene gestures.

Narrative: RP WANTS TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICER RE: /////, VOLUNTEER RETURNING HER EQUIPMENT TO COMCAST AND MAKING SURE HE GETS A RECEIPT, SO HER ACCOUNT WILL                BE CREDITED. SHE WAS ADVISED TO CALL ATHOL PD, BUT INSISTED ON SPEAKING WITH AN ORANGE OFFICER AS THE OFFICE IS ON THE TOWN LINE. MSG PASSED ALONG
Narrative: On call back, 111111, advised that she has tried to reach people at Spectrum to have her equipment returned and is unable to get anywhere. Today she had her 41.11111 representative go to the store  and return the equipment, however they were unable to. Spectrum was contacted and they advised that since the party wasn’t on the account they would be unable to take the equipment. IMMO
needs to contact them and tell them she wants to cancel the account and then they will take back their equipment. MOMOMMO was advised.

Narrative: RP reports ***** is screaming out his windows and calling her bad names. I asked if she wanted an Officer to respond and she said no, it would make things worse.

Narrative: Walk-in to the station, RP requesting to speak with an officer about some concerns she has about an old classmate from high school showing up to her residence unannounced and
acting strange. She was provided with paperwork to have the  individual trespassed from her property and the process for  obtaining a criminal harassments order was discussed. I contacted the male party and spoke with him over the phone. He was advised of the RP’s concerns and told that he was not welcome at their address.

Narrative: No one on the line, silent call and TTY protocol completed. On call back, spoke with same advises her neighbor is  being hostile. Rp advises she is playing her music and the
neighbor is threatening her. Rp does not know the neighbors name just they are in
Narrative: 133/145/146 responded and spoke with the RP. She explained that while she was smoking a cigarette and listening to music outside in front of her apartment building when a male
party came outside of apartment one and started yelling at her to turn the music down. She wanted the incident on record. Multiple attempts were made to speak with the male
party in apartment one but their was no answer at the door. The RP did not know the individuals name.

NOISE COMPLAINT  Report Taken
Location/Address: [ORA ORADOM3] E RIVER ST                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Narrative:  Rp advises her neighbor is slamming doors at all hours of the night starting around 10:30pm. Rp has spoken to management and they, advised the rp to contact the police.                                      According to the rp she turns a machine on and pretends to be asleep when she sees the cruisers and stops making noise, but once the cruisers leave she starts banging and slamming doors again.
Narrative: Control advised a report of noise complaint at this location. 145/146 responded and spoke with the RP. On going issue. Officers were unable to get a hold of tenant.
Officers advised RP to contact the management. 258E order was fully explained to her again as well.

Narrative: RP CALLING TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO AN EMERGENCY VET FOR HIS CAT. SAME WAS GIVEN THE PHONE NUMBER. RP
CONFIRMED NO OTHER EMERGENCIES THIS EVENING. 29-2/3 ADVISED.
Narrative: 146 responded to confirm no need for police services.
