(undated) — Eligible residents for the second phase of the COVID 19 vaccine received their first shots yesterday. People ages 65 to 74, those with at least two of the state’s select certain medical conditions became eligible last week, as did staff and residents of senior affordable housing units. State officials say more than 1.6 million vaccine doses have been shipped to Massachusetts, more than a million of which have gone to people receiving their initial dose.
