Narrative: While on patrol, a vehicle was observed behind Anne’s Dairy Drive-In. Operator 110111111111111111 advised officers that his vehicle became stuck when he drove behind the building. He and his passenger,011IMMRall. provided conflicting stories about why they were back there but no criminal activity was discovered…IIIIP refused to attempt to dislodge the vehicle. Jim’s was contacted and arrived to free the vehicle. Neither party was able to pay for the services so the vehicle was towed to Jim’s Auto.
