(undated) — A blustery night across Western Mass. left several thousand people without electricity. Wind gusts as high as 50 miles an hour blew through the region, bringing with them bitter cold temps which are expected to continue today. Close to 5-thousand people in the area were left without power at some point during the night. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for all four western counties. Warmer weather is expected later in the week.
