Rp advised he was traveling down the road and passed a grayish/black pick truck that was going on the slow side. After doing so the pick up truck passed him and then stopped in the roadway, at which time the drive stepped out and started walking towards him. The Rp advised he drove around the subject and the pick up and when he went by the male subject his vehicle was kicked. Rp did not obtain a plate number and was unsure of exactly where the incident occured. Operator of the pick up was described as a white male, beard, wearing a sweat shirt.
