(Greenfield, MA) — One of the biggest musical events of the summer is moving to a new location. Organizers of the Green River Festival have announced that this year’s festival will relocate from the grounds of Greenfield Community College to the Franklin County Fairgrounds. The 2021 event will also be held in late August rather than mid-July, which is when it has traditionally occurred. The 2020 festival was cancelled because of safety concerns related to the COVID 19 pandemic.
