(Montague, MA) — Hybrid learning will continue in the Gill-Montague Regional School District despite two positive COVID 19 cases which have been reported inside the district. Gill-Montague School Superintendent Brian Beck told the school committee this week that two people connected to the district have contracted the virus, but that contact tracing indicates that the situation is not serious enough to warrant adjusting the district’s current schedule. Gill-Montague had been using a fully remote format since the start of the pandemic, but just recently transitioned to a hybrid model which includes some in-person instruction.
