(Deerfield, MA) — A man wanted in connection with an alleged assault in Deerfield is now on the list of the commonwealth’s most wanted violent fugitives. The Mass. State Police say Jeffrey Cancel-Muniz is wanted in connection with an alleged rape which occurred in Deerfield in May of 2020. Cancel-Muniz has been convicted of previous similar incidents, is a Level Three sex offender, and has 11 seperate restraining orders against him. A warrant from Franklin Superior Court has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-KAPTURE or 1-800-527-8873. with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact State or Deerfield Police immediately.
