(undated) — Phase 4 of the commonwealth’s COVID roepening plan begins today. Step 1 of Phase 4 will allow large capacity sports and entertainment venues to operate at 12 percent capacity. Gathering limits for event venues and in public settings will increase to 100 people indoors and 150 people outdoors. Outdoor gatherings at private homes will remain limited to a maximum of 25 people, with indoor gatherings remaining at 10.
