plate number her husband gave dispatch the other day came back to a repossession company who has trucks like she described. In speaking with her, it just appeared the operator may have just needed a place to turn around. TR

Called RP and explained that her tenant is allowed to have guests and the police cannot force them to leave. She was advised if she wants to fill out no trespass paperwork she has every right to, and the process was explained. RP also had a question about locking her garage to not allow the tenants to access it. RP was advised it would be in her best interest to have a legal document made up as the home owner, stating the garage is off limits and to have the locks changed. TR

Caller states that while sitting in her vehicle she had a male party dressed all in black approach her vehicle and attempted to gain access. She states she followed him in her car down Pleasant and then back up – unknown where she last saw him or further details because RP wasn’t cooperative. Only description was that he was dressed all in black – claims she caught it on camera. She advised this was an ongoing issue in which someone has gained access to her vehicle, vandalized her vehicle, and stole a camera off her vehicle. She was asked if she knew who this person was but would only repeat that she caught it on camera.

Caller advised to speak to on officer back at her residence.

Narrative:

147/148 made contact with RP who advised she was sitting inside her vehicle on the phone when she observed a subject dressed in all black walking on her property. This concerned the RP due to recent and on going issues with her vehicle and Ring camera being vandalized. RP believed this may be the subject responsible for the damage and followed him down the street in her vehicle. RP does have a vehicle camera with audio which shows a male party dressed in black walking. RP to review footage further to try and obtain a clear image of this person. She was also advised to call police if she see’s him again and not give chase. -DH
