RP into the station reporting that he is being harrassed by the resident at the end of Shingle Brook Rd. The RP states that he is a bird watcher and frequents the area at the back of the airport. He and other members of his club have permission to be in that area of the airport and on the public way. The resident at the end comes out of his house and threatens them and swears at them. Today he had his pit bull with him and approached the RP in a threatening manner. As the RP was leaving the area the resident then got in his car racing the engine and drove past the RP in a menacing manner swerving and sliding his vehicle.
