(undated) — Some potentially bad news today for residents who could face eviction from their homes today because of the COVID 19 pandemic. A federal judge has ruled that the Centers For Disease Control exceeded its authority when it imposed the federal eviction moratorium a year ago. The federal moratorium as well as one imposed by Massachusetts were set to expire on June 30th.
