(undated) — If you receive a text message from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, don’t respond to it. The RMV says scammers claiming to be from the “DMV” have been texting residents requesting personal information. The state says the registry will never solicit personal information via text, anyone who receives such a message should not respond, and should contact local authorities.
