(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield public schools continue to deal with an ongoing school choice gap. Interim School Superintendent Judith Houle told the school committee this week that the latest data indicates that there are 70 students from outside Greenfield coming into the district compared to 272 opting to go elsewhere. Houle said there are currently 33 school choice openings for next year, largely at the elementary level.
