(undated) — Starting next month, unemployed Massachusetts residents will once again have to prove they are seeking work to continue to receive benefits. The Baker Administration has announced that work search requirements will be reinstated as of June 15th. Those applying for unemployment will once again have to make at least three work-search applications per week and provide proof of application to the Department of Unemployment Assistance. The application requirement was waived last year at the start of the COVID 19 pandemic.
