(Greenfield, MA) — Investigators continue to work to determine the cause of a fire which damaged Greenfield’s Kostanski Funeral Home on Monday. The state fire marshal is handling the investigation jointly with Greenfield Police and Fire officials. The fire appears to be accidental in nature, and heavily damaged the upper floors of the Federal Street funeral home, which remains closed.
