(Athol, MA) — A spokeswoman from the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office has confirmed that a woman’s body was pulled from the Miller’s River in Athol Wednesday. The body was discovered floating face down at around 10:45 in the stretch of the river near Starrett Tools. Massachusetts and Athol Police are investigating. The medical examiner is working to determine a cause of death.
