(Greenfield, MA) — A regional building parts chain with ties to Franklin County has been sold. Hamshaw Lumber has announced that it has purchased Leader Home Centers, which has locations in Greenfield and South Deerfield. The Keene, New Hampshire-based Hamshaw already operates a store in Orange. Terms of the deal have not been released, but the negotiations have been under way for the better part of a year.
