(Leverett, MA) — The town of Leverett has a new fire chief. Former Deputy Fire Chief Brian Cook has been appointed and sworn into the top job. Cook became Deputy in 2017, and previously served in the Amherst Fire Department. He replaces outgoing chief John Ingram.
