(Greenfield, MA) Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County is hosting the second annual Point 5K – 1/2  of a Mile Eat & Run on July 22 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. The event will start at 4pm and go to 8pm. Participants will be treated to a special BBBS themed donut from Adams Donuts, a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza from Antonio’s II of Bernardston, a taco from Mesa Verde, and a Heroes Pale Ale from Pioneer Valley Brewery. Tickers are $25 for adults and $15 for children age 12 and under.

“We love the irony of this race. It’s all inclusive, family friendly, and handicap accessible. We want everyone to be able to participate” said Development Director Ericka Almeida. “It’s a win all around. You get a local dinner, have fun and support an important non-profit organization”.
