(Franklin County, MA) While the trajectory of Tropical Storm Elsa is predicted to miss Franklin County, the region may still see heavy rain fall Friday morning as a result. The trajectory of the storm is predicated to pass through Eastern Massachusetts, according to the National Weather Service, and then head north. Heavy rain is predicted to reach Franklin County towns by early Friday morning. Tropical storm warnings are not currently in effect for Franklin County or Worcester County.
