(Greenfield, MA) — A series of proposed changes to the Greenfield City Charter will go before the public next week. The city council’s subcommittee on Appointments and Ordinances will hold a public hearing July 27th to discuss a series of changes proposed by the most recent Charter Review Committee. Once it is voted on by the committee, the proposed changes will go before the full council, which must decide whether it wishes to pursue special state legislation to implement the committee’s recommendations.
