(Whately, MA) — A heritage Whately farm is about to become the area’s newest marijuana cultivation facility. Greenjeans Farms has presented Whately officials with a plan for a proposed marijuana cultivation facility at 149 Christian Lane, which currently houses Long Plain Farm. Wednesday’s presentation was the first in a series of steps the new cooperative will have to go through in order to be granted a license to operate.
