(undated) — “Happy Hour” could be making a comeback in Massachusetts. House Speaker Ron Mariano says he is open to the idea of debating a reversal of the commonwealth’s ban on the once popular drink promotions, but stopped short of endorsing the idea. The Legislature voted to ban Happy Hours in 1984 after a number of drunk driving accidents. Governor Baker is not expected to support such a bill if it makes it to his desk.
