(undated) — Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker will have to find a new choice to join the state’s Parole Board. The Governor’s Council has voted 5-3 against Baker’s appointment of Sherquita HoSang of Springfield to the parole board. Some members questioned HoSang’s qualifications for the appointment, which would have run through mid-September of 2025.
