(Franklin County, MA) A flash flood warning has been hoisted for Western Franklin County and Western Hampshire County until 10pm tonight. Heavy rain bands are expected later Sunday afternoon and evening that may trigger flooding, according to the National Weather Service. Flooding is expected in the warned areas.
