(undated) — Western Mass. will receive the last remnants of now Tropical Storm Ida over the next day or so. The former hurricane which hammered the Gulf Coast earlier this week is expected to being a period of heavy rain to the Pioneer Valley beginning later today. A Flash Flood Watch has been posted for the four western counties, which could receive as much as two inches of rain before Ida heads out to sea before the weekend.
