(Buckland, MA) — Buckland voters have agreed to pay the town’s share of a series of school improvement projects. Buckland voters this week approved a Proposition 2 ½ debt exclusion to pay for a series of capital repairs at the Buckland-Shelburne School and Mohawk Trail Regional. The vote will add an additional 17 cents to the town’s tax rate, which will mean a $34 dollar tax increase for the owner of a home worth $200,000 per year.
