(Greenfield, MA) — Preparations begin this week for the return of the annual Franklin County Fair. The fair was cancelled for the first time in its history last year due to COVID 19, but will be making a comeback in 2021 with the annual fair kickoff parade through downtown Greenfield Thursday afternoon. Fairgoers this year will be required to wear masks when inside buildings, and hand sanitizer will be made available for residents who need it. The fair runs through Sunday, September 12th.
