(undated) — Massachusetts is the 10th happiest state in America. That’s according to a new survey by the website WalletHub.com, which examined all 50 states along 31 metrics of happiness, including depression rates, positive COVID-19 testing rates, and income and unemployment levels. The top state on the survey was Utah followed by Minnesota, Hawaii, California, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
