AG Says Hadley COVID Policy Vote Violated Open Meeting Law

(Hadley, MA) — The Hadley Selectboard violated the state’s Open Meeting Law when it approved the town’s new COVID 19 policy. That from the State Attorney General’s Office, which said the policy vote was not clearly stated on the board’s published meeting agenda as required by law. THe agenda only read “COVID 19” update. The AG says the board has 30 days to schedule another discussion on the issue, and re-do any votes that were taken.
