(Amherst, MA) Hundreds of students are protesting outside of Umass Fraternity Theta Chi on allegations of rape and sexual assault. The protestors reportedly became violent during the protest on Sunday afternoon, trying to gain entry to the fraternity. A petition to disband the house has over 15,000 signatures according to reports as of Monday, but Umass officials are saying that no complaint has been filed with their offices and their hands are tied. Amherst police are investigating.
