(Montague, MA)  — There will be a new face on the Montague Selectboard, but that person’s identity will have to be determined after a recount. According to the Montague Town Clerk’s office, political newcomer Matthew Lord finished first in the four-person race with 193 votes. Finishing just one vote back with 192 was first-time candidate Joanna Boody. Third place went to former Selectman Mark Fairbrother with 148 votes. Former Building Inspector David Jensen finished fourth with 135 votes. A recount is pending. The seat was vacated by the resignation of former Selectboard member Michael Nelson
