(Shelburne Falls, MA) — A popular West County breakfast spot reopens for business today. The Foxtown Diner on Bridge Street had closed recently after the owner decided to retire. Thomas Miner, owner of The Optician on Bridge Street, and Keystone Market owner Krunal Patel teamed up to purchase what they say is a community fixture in the downtown shopping district. The Foxtown employees laid off during the closure will be back helping run the place starting today.
