(Greenfield, MA) — Creation of new housing and water infrastructure improvements are among the ideas being floated for the use of a new windfall coming to Greenfield from the federal government. Greenfield Mayor Roxann Wedegartner held a virtual “listening session” yesterday on the best way for the city to spend its anticipated $5 million dollar allotment of funds through the American Rescue Plan Act. Greenfield residents who may have missed the meeting but still want to provide input can email Mayor@greenfieldma.org, and include “ARPA Suggestions” in the subject line.
