Colrain Company Donates $10,000 To Food Bank Senior Delivery Program

(undated) — An ongoing effort to deliver food to Western Mass seniors is getting a financial boost from a Colrain company. The Food Bank of Western Mass has announced that it has received a $10,000 dollar donation from the Barnhardt Manufacturing Company. The donation will support the Food Bank’s “Brown Bag: Food for Elders” program which delivers food to local senior centers and community organizations each month across the four WMass. counties; more than 5,800 senior citizens receive food through this program.
