Charlemont Man Gets State Prison For Northampton Bank Robbery

(Northampton, MA) — A Charlemont man will spend the next 6 to 7 years in state prison after admitting to robbing a Northampton bank. David Jones Junior admitted to robbing the King Street People’s United Bank of $13,000 dollars last February. Jones was apprehended about an hour later at his Charlemont home with the cash from the robbery in hand.
