(undated) — Close to 500 state workers have either quit or lost their jobs because of the commonwealth’s new COVID 19 vaccine mandate. Governor Baker’s executive order mandated that all executive branch employees be vaccinated against COVID by mid-October in order to keep their jobs. Baker’s office says 360 employees are serving suspensions for noncompliance while another 140 have left state government entirely.
