(Northampton, MA) — A Williamsburg woman is facing negligent motor vehicle homicide charges in connection with a fatal car versus bicycle accident earlier this month. The Northwestern DA’s office says 23-year-old Haley Kelly-Sheretteis being arraigned today in Northampton District Court in connection with the death of 68-year-old Charles Braun of Northampton, who was bicycling west on Elm Street, passing by its intersection with Woodlawn Avenue when he was hit at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6. He was pronounced dead at Cooley Dickinson Hospital 30 minutes later.
