(Montague, MA) — The town of Montague is taking another stab at selling its former DPW garage. An environmental assessment of the property is now complete, clearing the way for a second request for proposals to be issued to potential developers. The town recently completed work on a new highway garage, which is located at the rear of its public safety complex.
