Four Franklin County Towns To Receive Rural Development Grants

(Montague,MA) — Four Franklin County towns will be receiving state grants to fund a series of infrastructure improvements. Montague, Erving, Orange and Whately will each be getting a piece of $3 million dollars in funding through the commonwealth’s Rural and Small Town Development Fund. In Montague’s case, the grant will go to fund replacement of a key sewer pump station on Industrial Boulevard.
