(Athol, MA) — Work crews are on the scene of a water main break in Athol. The Athol DPW says the breach occurred on Shore Drive, and has forced the shut off of water service from Ridge Avenue to Newton Street. Residents should prepare to be without water for several hours while repairs are made.
