(undated) — Second District Congressman Jim McGovern is facing a potential challenger next year. Shrewsbury Republican Jeffrey Sossa-Paquette has announced plans to run for McGovern’s seat in 2022. Sossa-Paquette is a self described “moderate” businessman who has pledged to serve no more than three terms if elected. It is his second run for that seat.
