(undated) – The rising COVID numbers have forced the region’s largest hospital system to once again change its visitor policies. Officials at Baystate Medical Systems says it will be going from it’s “yellow tier” to it’s “red tier” systems. That means 1 visitor per day for patients who are not in the ICU, 2 visitors per day for ICU patients, one parent or guardian at a time for pediatric patients, and one at a time for surgical pediatric patients, and one designated care partner allowed in the room during OB deliveries. The full policy is available at the Baystate website.
