(undated) – If you are planning to secure a driver’s license next year, you will have to provide a car to do it. The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has announced that, beginning January 3rd, anyone needing a road test to secure a license must use their own vehicles to do it. The RMV has offered a fleet of state-owned vehicles for road tests, but those will be phased out as of December 31st.
