(Bernardston, MA) – Yesterday was a busy one for Bernardston firefighters, who responded via Mutual Aid to an early morning structure fire in Guilford, Vermont. A garage and trailer on Coolidge Highway in Guilford caught fire, triggering a series of explosions. One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. Multiple departments are involved, according to Bernardston Fire Chief Peter Shedd. No other details on the fire have been released as yet.
