(Charlemont, MA) – An improperly installed wood stove is being blamed for triggering a fire which damaged a trailer in Charlemont yesterday. One of the home’s owners returned to find smoke coming from the Zoar Road trailer’s porch. Investigators say the fire was triggered by wood which was stacked too close to the stove. No injuries or major damage was reported.
