(Washington DC) The IRS has set up a system for anyone who did not file taxes in 2019 to check on and register for the Economic Impact Payments. For information for non-filers, click here. If you have a social security number, cannot be claimed by anyone as a defendant, and make an income under a certain level, you are eligible for an economic impact payment. Anyone who did not file 2019 tax returns can submit information here.
