(undated) – Massachusetts hospitals are going to get some help from the military as they deal with the current spike in new COVID 19 cases. Governor Baker is making 500 National Guard troops available to assist hospitals with non-clinical tasks including transportation of patients when needed. The commonwealth reported over 7,800 new cases and 33 COVID-related deaths in one day yesterday.
