(Franklin County, MA) The weather may not have been ideal, but that did not keep some residents honoring the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King with rallies in area towns. Activists were present at Northampton City Hall yesterday and at corner of Routes 116 and 47 in Sunderland. The Sunderland group has been holding signs addressing racial inequity at the corner on Mondays since George Floyd was killed by Minneapolis Police in May of 2020.
